Why Hummel?

"Initially I was looking for clothing for my professional athletes. We needed technical products that served the purpose at a budget that we could afford. I spoke to many leading suppliers from many different clothing manufacturers. Eventually I spoke to Kevin Batchelor, the UK MD from Hummel. He liked our athlete program and the fact we have many contacts with schools, colleges, businesses and football teams. So began a great working partnership." - Richard Pascoe MD Bike Chain Ricci

Over the years Bike Chain Ricci and Hummel have worked alongside Team GB, Andy Byatt (World class Quadrathlete), leading businesses, football clubs, and military organisations. Our range of collaborative efforts can be seen below.

The company has manufactured kit for a variety of sports teams and was the official sponsor of the Danish national football team and Cricket South Africa. Club teams which have worn the Hummel brand include Vejle Boldklub, AGF and AC Horsens from the Danish football leagues; clubs such as RC Strasbourg, St Mirren and Polonia Warsaw from outside Denmark as well as the North Queensland Cowboys of the Australian NRL and shinty clubsNewtonmore and Skye Camanachd.
