Making your Payment
We only accept online payments via credit/debit cards. This allows us to process your payment immediately and dispatch your items the same day if payment is received before 3pm weekdays. You must provide us with the card billing address when making an order, if this is not done then your order will not be processed. Please note we will only deliver to the cardholders registered address and we do not accept American Express.
Price Match conditions:
We can only match identical items (including colour and size variations), in stock and available for immediate delivery/collection. The competitors price must be available to all customers and excludes any VIP, membership or personal discounts and delivery costs. Shipping and Handling
Shipping is charged depending upon the item purchased, please view the shopping basket once your item has been added to view postage.
Your Security and Credit Card Security
We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. Paying by the Secure Server is exactly that, Secure! If you do not wish to pay by the secure server, please call us on 01209 215787 where we will take your order over the phone. Doing so your card details will only be kept while payment is processed and destroyed immediately afterwards.
All prices quoted on this website include VAT where applicable at the UK rate of 20%.
If we do not have an item that is shown in stock, we will contact you immediately to notify you of this. You will be given the option to either cancel your order, or leave the item on back order until we get stock. If we do not have an item, in most cases we can have it in stock within a week. If a deposit has been left upon a backordered item that you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to retain some, or all of the deposit.

At Bike Chain we want you to be 100% satisfied with any product that you have purchased. If, in the unlikely event, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will refund the cost of the product, provided that it is returned in a perfect saleable condition within 14 days. Any item bought in error will be exchanged, (ie where you buy the wrong size.) providing we have a replacement item in stock, this however will incur a carriage cost for the replacement item. If we send an item in error, please inform us of this and we will cover postage costs for the replacement. All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacturer but this warranty must be carried out through us. If you feel that you have an item that is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If the item is deemed by us to be a genuine warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and return the item to you carriage free. If the item is deemed not to be warranty and you wish the item to be returned back to you, this will incur a postage charge. When returning an item to us, we are not responsible for postage costs. In many cases postage is free when sent to you and we will endeavour to keep this so; however we cannot cover the postage/carriage of an item returned us to be refunded, exchanged or warranted. Please remember to include your original receipt and contact details when returning any item to us, along with a description of the problem.

We do not disclose buyers information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). we collect information only for the following 2 reasons, firstly, to process your order, and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will not pass on your e-mail address to other organisations unless you have given your consent. The information we collect about you, includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address, account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you, by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. This information is held securely. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
If you do give us personal information, either by filling out an order form or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. Any sensitive data that you might supply can be assured to be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside Bike Chain Ricci LTD gain access.
We will not contact you unless it has been requested, nor will you be asked to buy anything and you won't be flooded with e-mail. If your address exists in our mailing list database, every message you receive from it will contain a simple on-click removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from the database.
If you would like to inspect the data that we hold which respects to you, then please write, with proof of ID and send a stamped addressed envelope, with a cheque for £10 to cover administrative costs to;
