Complete the Performance Review Process on our website to be considered for rider applications. Requirements include access to your TrainingPeaks or similar platforms. Holohon Coaching provides an in-depth review signposting strengths/weaknesses. On completion, riders receive the Performance Test Review & Senior Management Team decision. This review process is also available for those not wishing to join any of our teams, aiding with training.
